What a Thousand Oaks Home Inspector Covers

Generally, I spend anywhere from 3-4 hours inspecting a property. Of course, there are a lot of variables, including square footage, fireplace(s), guest houses, swimming pools and spas, etc. After the inspection, I will spend time walking the client through the property and point out any deficiencies, safety hazards or defects ( which will also be included in my report). Within 24 hours, a compehensive report is e-mailed to the client. My reports are easy to read and they include lots of pictures. The end of the report includes a summary page which points out critical findings.
