The old adage "You Get What You Pay For" can certainly apply to the home inspection profession.  Often, cut rate inspectors do not have the qualifications to provide an accurate and quality home inspection and home inspection report.  When someone is considering the purchase of a home costing hundreds of thousands of dollars, why in the world would they cut corners and try to save $50-$100 by hiring an unqualified inspector?  Seriously, is your family's or loved one's safety worth $50-100? 1,501 to 2,000 sqft       $345.00

2,001 to 3,000sqft        $385.00

3,001 to 4,000sqft        $465.00
