As a third-generation Californian, I have spent my entire lifetime in the Malibu, Santa Monica, Calabasas area.  I know this stretch of geography very well and I have established roots deep in our community.  I consider myself blessed to live in such a fantastic place!  I am committed to providing  home inspections that will inform my clients whether they are moving into a safe and secure dwelling. I will always disclose any defect or deficiency that my visual inspection might reveal, and I will make recommendations for correction, if necessary.  I feel that it is my responsibility to be honest, thorough and professional.  I won't do business any other way.

Home inspections are crucial for anyone buying, selling, or evaluating a property.  For most people, buying a new home or condo is one of the largest financial decisions they will ever make.  Consequently, a detailed inspection provides vital information regarding the home's systems and components.  Cal Certified Home Inspection Service is a  qualified third-party home inspection service that provides the client with an impartial and unbiased inspection report.  The visual evaluation of the home is done by a certified home inspector who covers the home's electrical system, plumbing, roofing, air conditioning, heating, exterior and general condition of the home.  Upon completion of this "non-invasive" visual inspection, (which normally takes between 2-3 hours),  I provide a high quality and detailed report which includes pictures of any area(s) that contain defects and/or deficiencies and recommendations are made for any issue that may require further evaluation by a licensed specialist. The report is e-mailed to the client and/or agent within 24 hours of the inspection. Most importantly, a home inspection will provide peace of mind for clients moving toward the purchase of not just their house, but their home.  I will work with clients in explaining the inspection and answering any questions regarding their report.  Customer service is my specialty.
